Do you accept insurance?

We are now credentialed with several insurances. Aetna, Cigna, Devoted Health, Humana, Ohio Healthy, and Medical Mutual. If you have a different insurance, you are free to see Dr. Stout and pay the out of network rates listed under services. You can request a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Can I see you virtually?

Dr. Stout will work with you to determine how often you need to be seen in person or virtually. If you are seen virtually, you need to be in the state of Ohio during the time of your appointment. Please verify your insurance benefits cover virtual Telehealth appointments prior to your appointment with Dr. Stout. Depending on your diagnoses, treatment plan, and medications prescribed, you may need to be seen in person regularly, annually or as needed in person. For virtual appointments, we provide a secure platform for your appointment.

How do you get to the office?

We are located in Muirfield Village in Dublin Ohio off Muirfield Drive. Heading north on Muirfield, take a left on Tain Drive, then an immediate left into the office complex. There is plenty of convenient parking. After entering 6055 building, turn left, go down 4 steps, take a left down the hallway, through an open door and there is a small waiting area on your right that Dr. Stout will get you from at the time of your appointment.

Do you provide gender affirming hormone therapy?

Gender nonconforming and diverse patients are absolutely welcome to receive care at Collaborative Psychiatry. We do not prescribe gender affirming hormones, but can refer to local clinics and primary care providers who can further assess the appropriateness of these treatments
