We offer both in person visits at an easily accessible office or by secure video Telehealth visit.

Griffin Stout, MD, CEDS
Dr. Griffin Stout (she/her/hers) is the founding physician for Collaborative Psychiatry. She is a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist as well as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. She is passionate about providing patient centered evidence based medical care.

Shane Gahn, DNP, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC
Shane W. Gahn (he/him/his) is an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offering virtual outpatient psychiatric services for people in Ohio. He has been certified and licensed as an NP since 2016 and is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Practice, teaching university students at the baccalaureate and master’s level. Shane is specially trained and experienced in treating LGBTQ+ people. He has multiple years of experience supporting gender diverse and transgender people, including letters for gender affirming care (GAC).
Shane currently only accepts self-pay/private pay. Patients may be eligible to use HSA/FSA to pay for services depending on their plan constraints.
